Learn which continent each country belongs to

Continent Sort builds a basic world framework: Africa, Antarctica, Asia, Europe, North America, Oceania and South America. Once that framework is secure, later map and culture questions become easier because every country already has a broad geographic home.

Some boundaries are taught differently around the world, so YAYTAP follows a seven-continent model commonly used in U.S. classrooms. Central America is grouped within North America. Focus first on unambiguous countries, then use regional neighbors to handle the less familiar ones.
